A heritage institution in the UK is seeking a Trainee Digitisation Technician to join their Visual Resources Team. In this fixed-term role, you'll learn to digitise film and sound collections, assess and prepare materials, and edit digital files. Qualifications

  • Bonus if you have experience with video editing software, large data workflows, or film archiving.

About The Role

Join our Visual Resources Team as a Trainee Digitisation Technician in this Fixed Term role (18 months) and help preserve and provide access to our unique film, video, and sound collections. You’ll be part of a skilled team working in a specialist lab environment, learning how to handle some of the most fragile and historically significant items in our care.
