DWS Ecosystem team is a strategic practice unit established to help orchestrate the breadth of Infosys digital workplace service offerings across service-lines, along with experience design, digital adoption & learning services to deliver an integrated and human-centric experience to our enterprise clients in their journey to the future of work. This team is responsible for driving integrated GTM, industry solutions & providing technology advisory services to client executives in their digital transformation of the workplace.

You would be a Digital Workplace solution specialist and evangelist who guides organizations through digital transformation by leveraging emerging technology, hybrid work paradigms, and industry trends around new ways of working to drive enhanced employee experience, productivity, and organizational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Digital Workplace solution specialist and evangelist, leading clients through digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to integrated GTM, industry solutions, and technology advisory services for enterprise clients.
• Define and guide digital workplace strategies leveraging emerging technologies and hybrid work paradigms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent; work experience in lieu of a degree acceptable.
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• 10-16 years of IT experience.
• Experience across the breadth of Digital Workplace Technology in two or more domains, such as:
• Employee Experience Platforms & Services, Field Service Management leveraging Cloud hyper-scaler platforms (Microsoft / Google / AWS) or SaaS from Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.
• DaaS & Device lifecycle Management (modern device and endpoint management, Cloud Virtual Desktops, Device Analytics & experience management)
• Connected Workspaces (IoT, AR/VR) to transform physical workspaces
• Workplace Security
• Digital Adoption & Change Management (incl. Workplace Analytics)
• Preferred: Exposure to program management and/or portfolio management using Agile principles (preferably SAFe) as Agile Practitioner, Product Manager or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail; analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer interfacing skills and ability to communicate effectively by phone, email or in person.
• Willingness to travel as per job requirements.

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated annual compensation range for this role:

• CA / WA / NY / NJ / CO / MD / IL / MN: $114,000 to $167,000
• DC: $106,000 to $147,500
