Digital Transformation Lead - Shape the Future of Our Business

We are embarking on ambitious plans to grow our market share both in the UK and internationally, while transforming the way we operate. Technology is at the heart of this journey, and we are seeking a Digital Transformation Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping our future.

This is a high-profile role where you will design and deliver strategic roadmaps, lead business and technical design blueprints, and ensure the success of our transformation goals. You will be equally comfortable influencing at board level and guiding specialist teams, translating complex concepts into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders.

What you'll do
  • Partner with director-level stakeholders to design and deliver transformation programmes that drive growth.
  • Establish yourself as a digital leader, inspiring both technical and business design teams and ensuring positive contributions across all investments.
  • Shape and share strategic roadmaps, unifying departmental design functions to deliver measurable business outcomes and technical capability uplift.
  • Orchestrate blueprint development, accelerating mobilisation and increasing programme success through strong upfront design.
  • Communicate with impact, tailoring your approach to technical and business audiences to build consensus and clarity.
  • Guide and assure projects, acting as the authority on strategic design decisions and ensuring delivery against target state.
  • Develop deep business insight, making best‑practice recommendations across systems, processes, and technical domains.
  • Foster collaboration, breaking down silos and driving cross‑functional teamwork to achieve the best outcomes.
What we're looking for
  • A strategic thinker who can link vision to execution.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels and guide technical teams.
  • A passion for technology‑enabled change and embedding resilience, compliance, and innovation into design.
Why join us?

This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of a bold transformation journey, shaping the future of our organisation and making a tangible impact on both business outcomes and technical innovation. You'll work with senior leaders, drive strategic initiatives, and establish yourself as a key voice in our digital evolution.
