Digital Support & Volunteer Engagement Assistant

Type: Fixed-term (until May 2027)

Location: Folkestone, Kent

Pay: £13.00 per hour | £8,112 per year (pro rata)

Hours: 12 hours per week

Do you have strong digital skills and a passion for supporting people through effective systems and processes? We're looking for a Digital Support & Volunteer Engagement Assistant to provide essential admin and IT support, helping streamline systems and strengthen volunteer engagement.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Supporting volunteer recruitment, engagement, and administration
  • Managing the end-to-end DBS process with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Maintaining digital systems, including Microsoft 365, JotForm, and databases
  • Assisting with the move towards a paperless office and streamlining processes
  • Creating and managing online forms to support outcomes and monitoring
  • Providing basic IT support, such as setting up accounts and troubleshooting
  • Preparing reports, policies, newsletters, and meeting minutes
  • Communicating with volunteers, colleagues, and external partners
