Overview

As a Digital Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of digital and technology projects that are transforming the way we operate on the M25 DBFO network. You'll be responsible for leading 2-3 high-impact projects at a time, ensuring they are delivered to plan, on budget, and in line with our structured methodology. This is an opportunity to grow, develop, and make a meaningful impact, working alongside senior leaders, contractors, and external partners to shape digital change across one of the UK's most vital transport networks. What you'll be doing
  • Deliver digital and technology projects within the digital transformation portfolio.
  • Follow the technology project delivery methodology, including the development of key project artefacts.
  • Manage all commercial processes in collaboration with the CPS Commercial Team.
  • Provide regular progress updates and status reports to the Head of Business Transformation and the Digital and Data Delivery Lead.
  • Capture, measure, and track key project benefits in partnership with the Finance Team.
  • Report progress at key governance forums, such as the CPS Change Board.
  • Manage project finances and engage effectively with the Finance Team.
  • Identify, report, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies.
