You’ll Be (Key Responsibilities)
  • Driving acquisition, engagement and total revenue associated with our official Membership offerings
  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for the club’s mobile app, membership platforms, and other digital products.
  • Partnering with the Digital Product team to own the digital product marketing calendar, coordinating across CRM, content and paid teams to drive fan adoption and engagement across digital product launches and updates
  • Planning and delivering targeted campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Developing briefs and partnering alongside Creative Studio to develop creative campaigns and assets to drive digital product and membership awareness, engagement and conversion
  • Managing and reporting on key metrics associated with our digital products and related marketing campaigns, seeking to continually optimise awareness, engagement and a seamless user experience (UX).
  • Owning all marketing-related activities of how the Chelsea Official App is represented on app stores and other gateways into the club’s ecosystem, including highlighting key features, ensuring all imagery is up to date and that release copy is accurate and on brand.
  • Tracking performance against KPIs and continuously optimise campaigns based on data-driven insights.
  • Synching regularly with Digital Product and Data teams to translate insights into actionable marketing campaigns.
  • Managing in-app promotions, onboarding journeys, web and app content marketing and push notification strategy, including fulfilment of supporter contests and other activations
  • Working closely with Commercial teams to unlock and prioritise new monetisation opportunities through digital platforms.
  • Managing planning and execution of owned and operated Ad operations, ensuring share of voice is appropriately allocated based on club priorities
  • Managing Digital Product budget, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive efficiencies and growth within budget
  • Defining value propositions and positioning that resonate with fans globally.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience in performance reporting and campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work both independently and alongside multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and develop the right strategies, and then work alongside cross-functional teams to execute and make them happen.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines; an individual with a ‘’can-do’’ attitude who can thrive amidst dynamic conditions
  • Given the nature of working in football, may be required to work outside of traditional hours from time to time.
  • Knowledge of working within sport and/or football is a plus
In return: (Benefits)
