We’re looking for a forward-thinking Product Manager to lead the development and roll-out of our Retail & EPOS engineering solutions across our UK parks.

You’ll play a pivotal role in evolving how we deliver retail and F&B experiences to our guests, creating seamless systems that improve efficiency and drive both revenue and guest satisfaction.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a product with a strong hardware and software component, working across Digital, Operations and Engineering to take solutions from concept through to successful deployment at scale.

If you’re energised by complex challenges, guest-centred innovation, and the chance to deliver real impact across multi-site operations, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing
  • Lead the product roadmap for Retail & EPOS engineering solutions.
  • Deliver digital products that enhance guest experience and support business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end product discovery, development, testing, and go-to-market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, UX, and Product colleagues.
  • Ensure EPOS and retail products align with brand strategy, compliance, and user safety.
  • Drive successful roll-out across multi-site operations.
  • Use data to track outcomes and optimise product performance.
  • Partner closely with operations teams to ensure smooth adoption and impact.
  • Champion continuous improvement, experimentation, and innovation.
  • Keep guests and owners at the centre of all product decisions.
What we’d like you to bring
  • Experience rolling out hardware/software products at scale across multi-site businesses.
  • Strong background in product management, ideally within Retail or EPOS environments (supermarket, F&B, EPOS supplier, food delivery).
  • Knowledge of UX design, agile frameworks, and product methodologies.
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and guest satisfaction (NPS).
  • Experience working closely with operations teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse competitor products and apply insights.
  • Creative problem-solving and the confidence to challenge existing approaches.
  • A collaborative, guest-centred mindset aligned to our Haven values.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK.
What’s In It For You?
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Holiday Buy Scheme
  • Annual bonus: 20% discount on both Haven and Warner Hotels holiday for you, family and friends
  • Comprehensive wellbeing support
  • Access to the Bourne Leisure corporate box at the O2 Arena, London
  • Exclusive discounts with corporate partners
  • Exciting career pathways, including Learning and Development opportunities such as Apprenticeships and Degrees
  • Enhanced family friendly policies and pay (eligibility criteria applied)
