A digital product firm is seeking a Digital Product Manager with Salesforce expertise in Tunbridge Wells. This hybrid role involves improving digital journeys across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, collaborating with technology teams, and translating commercial goals into user-friendly features. Digital Product Manager (Salesforce Journeys)
Term : 12-month contract - with a high likelihood of converting to permanent
Salary : £40k to £45k plus bonus, 25 days leave, good pension, healthcare, life assurance, etc.
Location : Hybrid, two days a week in the Tunbridge Wells area
If you enjoy taking a complex digital platform and shaping it into something customers actually want to use, this role will feel like a good home. The team is mid transformation, the roadmap is busy and Salesforce sits at the centre of how the product will evolve. You’d be the one guiding how those journeys come to life.
The work blends product thinking, digital experience design and a solid grasp of how Salesforce architecture behaves in the real world. It suits someone who enjoys making sense of systems, asking the right questions and turning capability into something intuitive. It also suits someone who likes being close to engineering and enjoys influencing choices before they get set in stone.
A base up to £45k depending on experience, a performance bonus, solid pension contributions, private medical cover and a set of benefits that make the contract feel stable. The hybrid arrangement is sensible. Two days a week around the Tunbridge Wells area so you can stay connected, the rest from wherever you think best.
If you’re looking for a role where you can influence digital journeys, work closely with Salesforce capability and shape a product that is still moving forward, this is the right kind of challenge.
