Job description

Digital Product Manager (Salesforce Journeys)

Term : 12-month contract - with a high likelihood of converting to permanent

Salary : £40k to £45k plus bonus, 25 days leave, good pension, healthcare, life assurance, etc.

Location : Hybrid, two days a week in the Tunbridge Wells area

If you enjoy taking a complex digital platform and shaping it into something customers actually want to use, this role will feel like a good home. The team is mid transformation, the roadmap is busy and Salesforce sits at the centre of how the product will evolve. You’d be the one guiding how those journeys come to life.

The work blends product thinking, digital experience design and a solid grasp of how Salesforce architecture behaves in the real world. It suits someone who enjoys making sense of systems, asking the right questions and turning capability into something intuitive. It also suits someone who likes being close to engineering and enjoys influencing choices before they get set in stone.

What you’ll be involved in
  • Improving digital customer journeys across the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem
  • Working with tech teams to align workflows, architecture and product requirements
  • Translating commercial goals into clear, usable features that make the experience smoother
  • Shaping propositions for new capabilities and guiding them from idea to launch
  • Using insight from customer behaviour, brokers and performance data to refine the product
  • Spotting friction points and recommending changes that will lift engagement and adoption
  • Keeping delivery on track across product, digital, engineering and operational teams
What helps you succeed here
  • Experience as a Digital Product Manager or Product Owner working with Salesforce or SFMC
  • Confidence turning data, research and customer behaviour into product decisions
  • A background in journey design or digital proposition development
  • Experience within a regulated environment – financial service, utilities, insurance, healthcare, telecoms, etc.
  • The ability to simplify technical detail for stakeholders and keep teams aligned
  • Curiosity, structure and a habit of nudging things forward even when the detail is evolving
What you get

A base up to £45k depending on experience, a performance bonus, solid pension contributions, private medical cover and a set of benefits that make the contract feel stable. The hybrid arrangement is sensible. Two days a week around the Tunbridge Wells area so you can stay connected, the rest from wherever you think best.

If you’re looking for a role where you can influence digital journeys, work closely with Salesforce capability and shape a product that is still moving forward, this is the right kind of challenge.
