About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Digital Printing Press Operative to join our busy production team. This is a hands‑on role operating digital printing presses to produce high-quality print work, ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to deadline. This is based on a continental shift patten of 12 hours, days and nights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and run digital printing presses
  • Prepare and check artwork and materials prior to printing
  • Monitor print quality, colour accuracy, and registration
  • Make adjustments to press settings during production runs
  • Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault finding
  • Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Follow health & safety procedures at all times
  • Keep work areas clean, organised, and safe
Skills & Experience
  • Experience operating digital printing presses is preferred
  • Knowledge of digital print processes, substrates, and inks
  • Strong attention to detail and colour consistency
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good problem‑solving skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required
