Overview

Adobe is currently looking for a diligent and meticulous individual to join our Digital Operations team in a Pricing & Promo operations role. This position provides a great opportunity to contribute significantly to the successful implementation of our promotional and pricing strategies, working closely with teams from various departments to ensure the effective implementation of initiatives across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities
  • Work together with the promo planning lead to guarantee the seamless execution of quarterly or ad hoc promotion requests.
  • Manage the Ecommerce Price list to ensure that modifications align with shifts in VAT, FX rates, special pricing programs, and general product price realignment initiatives.
  • Serve as the key contact for cross-functional teams needing support on country-specific pricing, discount information, and customised deliverables for campaigns or initiatives.
  • Recognise and raise any A.com pricing display bugs for resolution.
  • Maintain the template system used for calculating promo discounts and generating the outputs required to support promo execution.
  • Manage a Jira intake system for project requests, monitor asks, assign work to team members, and ensure timely completion.
  • Regularly review and update SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documents to reflect process changes.
  • Manage the monthly Digital Operations Newsletter.
  • Review and improve team processes for greater efficiency, implementing changes as needed.
  • Support ad hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Degree or 3 - 5 years of equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in using Excel to an advanced level and/or a willingness to learn.
  • Exactness and meticulousness: verifying all promotional deliverables are complete and accurate.
