Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver PR and digital marketing strategies to promote the online shop and offline workshops.
- Manage social media channels, content calendars, and online campaigns to grow brand awareness and sales.
- Create press releases, newsletters, and promotional materials consistent with the brand identity.
- Coordinate with artists, partners, and local media to support launches and events.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Support operational planning, budgeting, and smooth delivery of marketing activities.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, public relations, or social media management, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or creative industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating engaging content and managing media relations.
- Ability to plan and execute campaigns that integrate online store promotions with offline workshop events.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and basic website content management.
