We are seeking a knowledgeable, data-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to contribute to growth in our B2B technology markets. If you thrive at the intersection of digital performance, marketing automation, and account-based marketing – and enjoy turning data into impact – this role is for you.

As our new Digital Marketing Specialist in the Global B2B Marketing team, you will boost awareness, engagement, and conversion across digital channels, using data, automation, and AI to establish scalable, measurable impact across both new and existing customer segments.

You will join a global B2B marketing team that partners closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to generate pipeline and revenue across technology markets. We work across regions and touchpoints to design and execute integrated programs that connect our solutions with the customers who need them most.

Your contribution is appreciated, and your key responsibilities include:
Digital Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns across paid search, paid social (LinkedIn), display, and retargeting.
  • Develop and manage ABM programs
  • Support upsell and cross-sell campaigns for existing customers through digital automation and personalized content journeys.
Marketing Automation & Martech
  • Build and optimise automated workflows and nurture streams.
  • Manage lead scoring, segmentation, and data hygiene
  • Use AI-driven tools for content personalisation, predictive analytics, and performance optimisation.
  • Evaluate new MarTech solutions and lead their integration
Content & Conversion
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to create digital assets (landing pages, emails, ads, etc.) that drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Implement A/B testing across creative, copy, and targeting
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, Power BI).
  • Provide insights on channel ROI, conversion rates, and customer behaviour to guide strategy.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for marketing and sales leadership.
  • Continuously optimise the full digital journey
To thrive in the role, we imagine that you:
  • Have a relevant degree, for example, in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field
  • Bring solid strategic and practical experience within B2B digital marketing in a tech or SaaS environment
  • Are skilled in planning and executing end-to-end digital customer journeys, from awareness to conversion and retention
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of MarTech ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
  • Are comfortable using AI and automation tools to scale campaigns and improve performance
  • Have experience managing paid media (such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads) and marketing automation journeys
  • Bring a keen ability to interpret data and leverage metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly, collaborate well across functions, and can implement and support changes in ways of working
  • It is beneficial to have experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and BI/dashboard tools
