Digital Marketing Manager/Executive - Golf

Title: Digital Marketing Manager/Executive

Description:

An exciting position in one of the fastest growing companies in the UK golf industry, this role will contribute to the growth and profitability of The Revenue Club by delivering high quality marketing content for golf courses and leisure venues.

The individual will implement digital marketing and revenue management practices for The Revenue Club's core customers, managing aspects of dynamic pricing, and executing cutting edge marketing and social media campaigns. It is an ideal position for anyone that is looking to forge a career in a rapidly developing area of the golf industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • To implement regular marketing activity for TRC core customers, including but not limited to: social media campaigns, email marketing, search engine marketing and graphic design.
  • Development of existing marketing activity and the identification of new digital channels to remain at the cutting edge of marketing services for golf clubs and leisure facilities.
  • To liaise with relevant Account Managers to identify customer specific marketing activity.
  • To monitor and help maintain TRC core customers’ online presence and help ensure it is up to date.
  • To work with Revenue Managers to highlight opportunities for improvement to their digital customer journey.
  • Support to Account Managers with pricing adjustments and revenue management of tee sheets.
Key Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of social media advertising and Google Ads, email marketing and design tools.
  • Ability to evaluate costs and return on investment based on a variety of digital marketing channels.
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust strategy to suit a wide range of golf club technology.
  • Be of graduate level, ideally with professional experience in a marketing role.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Creative and passionate about the golf industry.
  • Experience with HubSpot, or equivalent CRM platform - desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to lead by example and have an eye for detail.
  • Strives to achieve high performance standards
  • Able to manage time effectively, work remotely and to prioritise actions
  • Ability to make decisions and to seek solutions and look for continuous ways to improve.
  • Self-motivated, positive and optimistic with a strong teamwork ethos.

Package: £25,500-£35,000, depending on experience. Company pension scheme, flexible working arrangements, phone allowance and laptop.

Full training will be provided on all of the work required and the systems themselves. The majority of the work will be in support of Account Managers who are responsible for maintaining an ongoing relationship with the clubs.

If the candidate is successful in the role, there is potential for it to develop into a managerial position with progression within a growing business.
