Digital Marketing Manager - Care Industry Experience Required

Our Client, a leading provider of five-star care homes, are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who understands the care sector and can connect with both families and residents through digital channels. You ll be joining a supportive, purpose-driven team where your voice matters, and you ll have the opportunity to make a measurable impact during a period of rapid growth.

This is a hands-on and strategic role where you ll:

  • Lead the migration of our email platform to MailChimp, building engaging and compliant campaigns.
  • Oversee our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), ensuring content reflects the warmth and quality of our homes.
  • Support the launch of our brand-new website, managing content and ensuring SEO best practices.
  • Use analytics tools to measure performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and occupancy.
Qualifications
  • Have experience in digital marketing (email, social, website, SEO), within the care sector.
  • Understand the importance of sensitivity, empathy, and accuracy when communicating in the care environment.
  • Are confident using tools like MailChimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Enjoy both the creative and analytical side of marketing.
  • Are highly organised and proactive, able to balance multiple projects with attention to detail.
