Job Description

Website & UX

  • Own website performance and user journey optimisation
  • Lead CRO initiatives and manage content updates
  • Build new pages and landing pages
  • Oversee external developers for fixes, features, and maintenance

Email & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute email campaigns and automated flows
  • Track performance against KPIs and report on results
  • Align campaigns with business priorities and cross-functional initiatives

SEO & Local Search

  • Optimise site copy, metadata, and internal linking
  • Create SEO landing pages and blog content
  • Manage business listings and local SEO best practices

Social & Paid Media

  • Support content creation for Facebook and Instagram (posts, stories, video)
  • Repurpose PR and brand stories into paid campaigns
  • Promote events through targeted social ads

Reputation & Reviews

  • Manage and respond to customer reviews across platforms
  • Report on sentiment and trends to inform strategy
  • Support internal teams in achieving review goals
The Successful Applicant

About You:

  • Degree in marketing, digital, or a related field or 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across web, email, and paid media.
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and brand-building skills.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident using CMS, CRM, email marketing platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, local search optimisation, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Experience with social media ad platforms (especially Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.
