Job Description
Website & UX
- Own website performance and user journey optimisation
- Lead CRO initiatives and manage content updates
- Build new pages and landing pages
- Oversee external developers for fixes, features, and maintenance
Email & Campaigns
- Plan and execute email campaigns and automated flows
- Track performance against KPIs and report on results
- Align campaigns with business priorities and cross-functional initiatives
SEO & Local Search
- Optimise site copy, metadata, and internal linking
- Create SEO landing pages and blog content
- Manage business listings and local SEO best practices
Social & Paid Media
- Support content creation for Facebook and Instagram (posts, stories, video)
- Repurpose PR and brand stories into paid campaigns
- Promote events through targeted social ads
Reputation & Reviews
- Manage and respond to customer reviews across platforms
- Report on sentiment and trends to inform strategy
- Support internal teams in achieving review goals
The Successful Applicant
About You:
- Degree in marketing, digital, or a related field or 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across web, email, and paid media.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and brand-building skills.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident using CMS, CRM, email marketing platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, local search optimisation, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Experience with social media ad platforms (especially Meta Ads Manager) is a plus.

- An annual salary of £40000 to £50000 per annum, based on experience.
- 25 days annual leave (excluding Bank Holidays).
