Digital Marketing Manager

West London – hybrid (3 days in, 2 from home)

£50,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience

Blush & Bloom are pleased to be partnered with a global beauty business who, due to recent exponential growth, are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to focus on growth across all digital marketing platforms including Paid Media, PPC & SEO, CRM & Email, Website Management and Social Media.

You’ll be joining a team of beauty innovators with over 100 years of combined industry experience, passionate about building brands that are inclusive, sustainable, responsible - and future-facing!

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead paid campaigns across META, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube (with agency support).
  • Report on ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPC and optimise through test-and-learn frameworks.
  • Build and optimise email marketing campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement, retention and conversions.
  • Manage and update content, offers, and promotions on the website.
  • Ensure best-in-class UX, UI, mobile performance, and technical SEO on the website.
  • Track engagement, reach, sentiment and conversion metrics on social media.
  • Use insights to inform content and campaign strategy.
  • Partner with e-comm agencies to optimize Amazon storefronts and campaigns.
  • Drive growth via TikTok Shop, optimising product pages and campaigns.
Key Requirements
  • 3-5 years’ digital marketing experience across paid, SEO, CRM and content.
  • Proven expertise in META, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with strong creative judgment.
  • Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
  • Passionate about beauty, innovation, and delivering measurable results.
