You'll be joining a forward-thinking public sector organisation with a strong commitment to community engagement and digital transformation. The role sits within the Marketing, Communications and PR team, reporting to the Digital Marketing Communications and Design Manager.

About you
  • HND or equivalent qualification (Level 5) - or 3+ years' relevant experience
  • At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, including planning and delivering social media campaigns
  • Proven ability to create engaging written, video and graphic content
  • Strong skills in social media analytics and tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar
  • Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational skills
What you'll do
  • Manage and grow online presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Create and deliver engaging paid and organic content for campaigns
  • Plan and oversee paid social and Google advertising campaigns
  • Analyse digital campaign performance and user behaviour to optimise strategies
  • Support events with real-time social updates and content creation
