Poolhall Recruitment are supporting a growing marketing agency in the search for a driven and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive with strong client-facing skills. This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in marketing who wants to expand their responsibilities, work directly with clients, and contribute to multi-channel marketing campaigns.

You’ll support day-to-day client communication, explain marketing activity in clear and simple terms, and help deliver campaigns across various digital channels. You’ll also support the agency’s own brand presence by creating engaging social media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring projects run smoothly.
• Have regular discussions with clients to understand their goals, explain campaign activity, and review performance.
• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, web, social media, and content.
• Assist with new business activity through digital marketing, outreach, networking, and proposal support.
• Create engaging social content for the agency’s own channels, including TikToks, reels, and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Collaborate with creative teams to brief in, review, and refine design, copy, and video work.
• Produce reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings and internal use.
• Represent the agency at events, meetings, and networking opportunities when required.

Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing, agency, or client management role is preferred
• Good all-round understanding of marketing fundamentals including social media, digital campaigns, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence in discussing marketing activities with clients.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable using marketing tools, CRM systems, and standard digital platforms.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to contribute fresh ideas.
