Overview
Zaizi is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with a proven track record of independently delivering high-performing multi-channel campaigns in B2B professional services, with specific expertise in the UK public sector market. This role is critical in driving measurable brand awareness, lead generation, ABM programmes, and sales enablement.
Responsibilities
- Independently plan, execute, and optimise end-to-end PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Meta, Google Search, and Google Ads, including set-up, keyword research, UTMs, bidding strategy, A/B testing, optimisation, and full ROI reporting.
- Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns from strategy through to post-campaign reporting, covering email automation, social media, landing page design, and retargeting.
- Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g. HubSpot AI, ChatGPT, predictive analytics) to optimise campaign targeting, personalise messaging, and improve performance reporting.
- Build and manage custom WordPress pages and templates, optimised for conversion and SEO performance.
- Act as a HubSpot super-user, building and managing workflows, automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and reporting dashboards.
- Create compelling digital assets and messaging, including social media graphics, e-books, ad banners, and video snippets, to engage public sector audiences.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all content meets professional standards and aligns with Zaizi's brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Events Marketing Executive, Content Manager and Business Development team to design and deliver ABM campaigns targeting specific public sector accounts.
- Support event amplification through digital promotion strategies, including organic & paid social and email campaigns.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing and online visibility strategies tailored to public sector engagement.
- Provide bid teams, Business Development Leads, and Client Engagement with bespoke marketing assets and campaign support.
- Lead and manage Zaizi's employee advocacy programme (Oktopost knowledge desirable), working with internal stakeholders to grow digital reach.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on all digital activities against industry benchmarks and company KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations.
- Deliver high-quality internal communications campaigns to inform and engage employees, announcements, and intranet content.
- Ensure GDPR compliance across all campaigns and data handling.
Qualifications
- Hands-on digital marketing experience in B2B consultancy or technology services specifically working with UK public sector clients.
- Demonstrable experience of independently running multi-channel PPC campaigns with measurable ROI across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, X/Twitter, Google Ads/Search) including pipeline influence and client acquisition.
- Advanced HubSpot and WordPress proficiency, including workflow automation, segmentation, and custom template building.
- Strong creative and design skills with advanced Adobe Creative Cloud experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a portfolio of successful digital campaigns.
- Proven ability to deliver ABM campaigns in B2B or public sector environments.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proven track record of campaign optimisation and KPI achievement.
- Experience using AI tools for marketing automation, content generation, campaign optimisation, or audience insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for persuasive messaging and CTAs.
- Knowledge of GDPR and compliance in digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
- A degree in marketing, digital marketing, advertising, communications and media, graphic design or related fields is desirable.

Zaizi works with UK Central Government departments on a range of projects. To be able to work on our customer projects, employees must be Security Cleared to a standard acceptable to our Government customers. Due to this restriction we can currently only recruit candidates who have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship and who have lived in the UK for the last 5+ years continuously.
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
