Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 DOE

Reports To: Content Marketing Manager

Overview

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Executive to drive hands‑on digital activity and execute design‑led marketing across our digital platforms. This is a doer’s role—ideal for someone who’s creative, technically competent, and commercially sharp. You’ll be joining at an exciting time, supporting a growing marketing team to deliver big results across our care homes and homecare services.

Core Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Design and produce social media assets, leaflets, banners, flyers, and digital campaigns.
  • Website Management: Optimise landing pages, improve SEO, and manage enquiry prompts via WordPress.
  • Campaign Support: Assist with lead generation and brand‑building campaigns across Meta, Google, and partner platforms.
  • Digital Design: Take briefs from concept to delivery on digital marketing assets – fast, accurate, and aligned with brand.
  • Video & Digital Editing: Basic editing for social media and promotional content.
  • Agency Coordination: Liaise directly with our external agency partners (Google ads, design etc.) to brief and review project delivery.
Traits & Skills Required
  • Strong design eye with practical skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Pro.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush.
  • Proactive and self‑starting—able to take initiative and drive projects forward.
  • Sharp communicator—clear, confident, and responsive.
  • Analytical—comfortable interpreting performance data to improve campaign output.
  • Experience managing and sourcing CMS & AI platforms (esp. WordPress, Alli.Ai).
Desirable But Not Essential
  • Basic video editing and animation skills (e.g., Premiere Pro or CapCut).
  • Knowledge of the care sector or regulated services.
