About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Data Analyst.

The successful candidate will identify, evaluate, and recommend new opportunities to enhance data-driven strategies and optimisation initiatives across our digital channels.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skill set as part of a talented team enhancing our digital capability and influencing our marketing performance.

We support hybrid working, with a regular (3 days a week) presence required in our Bournemouth offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse large quantities of marketing campaign data from various sources to identify patterns and trends.
  • Create clear and concise actionable insights and reports to influence marketing activity and return on investment.
  • Produce detailed notes and diagrams to support process and audit requirements.
  • Translate and communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels whilst managing expectations and timeframes.
  • Monitor and manage marketing campaigns and data reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to understand the impact of campaign data.
  • Enhance data visualisation and ensure data security compliance.
  • Triage and allocate data requests received into the team for internal and external customers.
  • Provide general support to the team and actively contribute to marketing projects where required.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, marketing or any other relevant field, with a strong interest in data analysis
  • Previous demonstrated experience of SQL/VBA/Power BI
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experienced in multi-source data architecture and managing data storage/movements
  • Demonstrate good risk knowledge through sensitive data management
  • Evidence of adapting analytical skills to changing roles and environments.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement capability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, logical thinking, attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
  • Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Understanding of JavaScript.
