Digital Marketing Coordinator

This elite US law firm currently requires an ambitious and creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to support their firmwide digital marketing strategy.

  • Up to £50,000
  • Hybrid working 2 days in the office / 3 remote – Hours 9.30am- 5.30pm
  • Liverpool St / City

Acting as the main point of contact for the Marketing & BD department, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will directly support on all firmwide key digital marketing initiatives. The firm are looking for someone currently operating in a similar role in London a law firm, ready to step into their next role.

Digital Marketing Coordinator duties include:
  • Creating engaging visual and written content for the firm's website, email newsletters, social media, intranet, and other communication channel
  • Maintaining the calendar to ensure regular content is delivered and maximised across all channels
  • Producing production of, podcasts, videos, webinars, motion graphics, apps and other online tools to boost online presence and generate leads
  • Increasing the reach and engagement levels across all social media platforms
  • Establishing and managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Leading on continual website & digital development and branding projects
  • Leading on the continual development of the firm’s internal communications channels, centred around the firm’s intranet platform
  • Analysis and reporting on engagement and performance of digital channels and optimising for continually improved performance
  • Managing relationships with the firm’s primary marketing software vendors
  • Leading on the introduction of new technologies, platforms, and innovative approaches
Digital Marketing Coordinator requirements:
  • Degree educated, ideally in either Marketing, Business, English, Communications or studying towards a recognised marketing qualification
  • Minimum 2 years + experience in a similar role within a law firm
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM an all key social platforms as well as Hootsuite; Google Analytics; Google Ads; Wordpress; Canva; Buzzsprout; Audacity; Google Podcasts; Spotify and Vuture
  • Strong organisation and creative skills
  • First class communication skills and possess a positive and enthusiastic approach at all times
