Contract: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time, Term-time only
Salary: Ark Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (£32,251 - £51,051 per annum)
Plus TLR 2B £5,644 per annum

About the role:
We are seeking an innovative Digital Learning Lead and Teacher of Computer Science to join our Computing Department in our secondary phase.
You will oversee the whole school vision for digital literacy across both secondary and primary and ensure the implementation of a successful and innovative programme. You will quality assure the teaching of IT skills across the curriculum and ensure a high quality e-safety programme. You will oversee the use of online platforms across the school including Microsoft Teams, Century Tech, SPArk and Seneca and our remote teaching and learning policy and practices.
You will be responsible for staff IT skills training and will liaise with the operational IT department to ensure joined up thinking across the school. You will regularly monitor and analyse whole school patterns of device and learning app usage so pupils do not go without. You will work closely with Senior Leaders to lead on whole school strategy.
You will be a fantastic motivator and will inspire students to achieve and exceed grades. You will be aligned to Ark’s high aspirations and expectations for pupils and staff and have demonstrable evidence of improving outcomes.
