We are seeking a Digital Innovation Lead to join our forward-thinking Digital team, supporting Brighton MET, Haywards Heath, and Crawley Colleges, three distinct and dynamic centres of learning within the Chichester College Group.
In this hands-on role, you will focus on the integration of digital tools and pedagogies across the Group, including XR and emerging AI technologies. You will collaborate with curriculum teams to embed digital skills into teaching practice, deliver high quality professional development, and design engaging digital assets tailored to curriculum needs. A key part of your role will be coordinating and facilitating regular innovation forums with both curriculum and support staff, creating space for collaboration, sharing best practice, and exploring new ideas.
You will be an experienced educator, with both degree level and teaching qualifications (level 3 or above). Ideally you will also have coaching experience. You will bring a deep understanding of digital pedagogy, a creative mindset, and the ability to lead change across diverse teams.
This role offers flexibility in base location at any of the three colleges, with the requirement to travel between the different campuses as needed to ensure consistent support and collaboration.
