Overview

DIGITAL INCLUSION COORDINATOR, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37HRS, FWK11 £27,355 - £29,690, FTE

Framework is a charity delivering housing, health, employment, support and care services to people with a diverse range of needs across the East Midlands. We are looking for a Digital Inclusion Coordinator to lead the delivery of a major organisational project aimed at improving access to and confidence in using digital resources for our service users.

In this role, you will assess digital needs across the organisation, coordinate the distribution of donated digital devices from our corporate partners and develop and maintain key relationships with partner organisations. You will deliver bespoke group and 1-to-1 digital skills training supported by a team of Digital Champion volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate organisation-wide digital inclusion activity across Framework's services
  • Liaise with services to distribute, support and monitor the use of digital kit for service users.
  • Source ongoing donations from corporate partners and ensure that these are utilised effectively to support people in the greatest need.
  • Coordinate a range of Digital Skills training offers from class-based sessions, Drop-Ins and online resources, including Learn My Way.
About You
  • Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and enjoy thinking creatively to develop new ways of working
  • Build rapport easily bringing a non-judgmental, compassionate approach to engaging with people from all backgrounds
  • Believe in the power of digital connection and have strong IT skills
  • Background in project management, IT skills training, or community engagement
  • Feel confident creating or curating digital learning resources and making them accessible for our service users.
