Responsibilities

Supporting our clients to achieve their strategic and operational goals, by introducing efficient ways of working and enhancing processes and refining operating models.

• Employing your judgment to address complex and ambiguous client business challenges applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques (business case); making decisions with little management oversight
• Facilitating design thinking workshops, showcasing agile design to the client, co‑developing and securing design decisions and innovative solutions in an agile manner
• Cultivating strong relationships with clients during engagements, ensuring business requirements and expectations are met and/or exceeded
• Contributing to business development activities including identifying opportunities, developing and presenting proposals
• Supporting development of CFO&EV practice/community capabilities, such as developing offerings, assets, and relevant thought leadership, and engaging with the wider CFO&EV and other teams across Accenture
• Continuously learning new skills and enhancing your skill set to be able to contribute the growth of CFO&EV as well as the wider Accenture organization

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a finance transformation, digital finance projects and/or designing or delivering large-scale transformation through ERP or GBS/shared service transitions (3+ years of consulting and/or 5+ years in industry)
• Demonstrates familiarity with key finance technologies and data, including cloud ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics
• Practical knowledge of the latest technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation and Analytics) and the application of these in a finance context
• Process expertise in designing optimised and digitised Finance processes enabled by key platforms/technologies: Order-to-Cash (O2C), Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Acquire-to-Retire (A2R), Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Conduct fit-gap analysis for Finance technology and business processes and develop a roadmap with recommendations based on the finance process requirements
• Identify business requirements and conduct vendor assessment and selection

• Experience in design thinking/agile project delivery methods
• Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 1st‑time passes desirable and/or MBA is preferred
• Highly credible with the ability to engage broadly with all levels of management, on personal and professional attributes
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, the ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem‑solving excellence
• Extremely strong collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritisation and time‑management skills
