Job description
THE ROLE

You’ll lead the entire website experience, performance strategy, and optimisation roadmap. From technical tweaks to creative direction, you’ll orchestrate how the digital journey works and how it delivers results.

Responsibilities
  • Rebuilding and refining the end-to-end user journey so it’s smooth, intuitive, and conversion‑ready
  • Creating and optimising landing pages that support paid campaigns and drive lead generation
  • Overhauling navigation, structure, on‑page messaging, and content flow to improve UX
  • Managing and enhancing product listings, promotions, and digital merchandising
  • Analysing behaviour, performance, and funnel drop‑offs using GA4 and UX analytics tools
  • Managing digital budgets and ensuring spend is working as hard as possible
ABOUT YOU
  • Several years in a digital performance, ecommerce, CRO, or content optimisation role for a consumer brand
  • Hands‑on experience with GA4, UX insight tools, and experimentation platforms
  • Strong grounding in ecommerce fundamentals and lead generation tactics
  • Confidence managing digital agencies or freelancers
  • Solid working knowledge of SEO (technical and content‑driven)
  • Comfortable operating with leaner budgets and a test‑learn‑improve mindset
  • A strategic, data‑led approach with strong commercial judgement
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge old ways of working, and advocate for digital excellence
