  • Innovation: Introduce new technologies and ideas to improve digital capabilities.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve issues quickly, providing solutions to improve processes.

What will you need to do it?

  • Technical Skills: Experience in digital development, digital design, and UX/UI capabilities.
  • Management Skills: Ability to manage and get the best out of a team of developers and designers.
  • Soft Skills: Pragmatic, dynamic, solution-oriented, and passionate about new technologies.

Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience: Preferably from an agency environment or an internal creative team, with experience in managing offshore teams.
  • Experience working with offshore teams.
  • Understanding of accessibility requirements and agile development processes.

Our Locations: We are open to talk to talent across the country but our core Central Service hubs for this role are:

  • Birmingham
  • Leeds
  • Manchester

This position will largely be based from Birmingham.
