TJX Europe is seeking a Digital Analytics & Insights Manager to join our Site Optimisation Team. They are responsible for the optimisation of all onsite customer journeys including, but not limited to, the customer shopping funnel. Through site analysis, insight and experimentation the Site Optimisation Team formulates strategies to maximise sales, service and conversion through site content, search, navigation, PLPs, PDPs and cross-GM product curation.
