Our Apprenticeship Programme offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience while developing essential skills for a long-term career in Digital AI.
Over the course of 16 months, you’ll engage in a blend of structured workplace and theoretical classroom-based learning, and, where applicable, practical experience.
As a Digital & AI Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced automation and AI professionals, supporting day‑to‑day activities such as analysing processes, preparing documentation, helping with low‑complexity automation tasks, and learning how automation and AI technologies operate within enterprise environments.
Location: London, Birmingham, Crewe
Start Date: February 2026
BPSS clearance: required or eligibility essential.
