About the role

This pivotal role will focus on managing and growing our new Affiliate marketing program as a key performance channel within the wider digital advertising mix. You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing, our affiliate agency, and cross-functional teams including Content Marketing (PR/influencers), Ecommerce, and Trade, to ensure affiliate partnerships deliver measurable growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid grounding in managing paid digital advertising campaign (Paid Social and Paid Search) execution and optimisation, ideally with Affiliates experience, who is ready to take on more ownership and drive initiatives end-to-end - from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Affiliate Marketing Campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing and our Affiliate agency to develop an Affiliate marketing program
  • Own day-to-day Affiliate program operations: working with the agency to align business priorities with strategic recommendations, partner recruitment, activation, performance tracking, and optimisation
  • Build and nurture relationships with key Affiliate partners and networks to drive revenue growth
  • Analyse Affiliate performance and report on KPIs including ROI, conversion rates, and incremental sales
  • Support Paid Digital Advertising Campaign Execution
  • Assist the Digital Advertising Manager in running Paid Social and PPC campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance monitoring
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Product, Trade, and Ecommerce teams to align messaging and offers across key paid digital advertising channels
  • Coordinate with the Content, PR and Influencer teams to align affiliate activity with broader marketing campaigns
  • App Store Optimisation (ASO)
  • Manage ASO campaigns in collaboration with Ecom product and development and Trading teams to enhance app visibility and downloads (experienced preferable but not essential)
  • General & Ad Hoc Marketing Support
  • Take on additional performance marketing initiatives as needed, with opportunities to grow into a broader digital marketing role over time
Requirements
  • Min. 1–2 years of experience working with Paid Social and/or Paid Search campaigns
  • Experience of working on Affiliate marketing campaigns desirable but not essential
  • Highly motivated and results-driven individual, with demonstrated success in managing paid advertising campaigns
  • Adaptable, results-oriented, data-driven and strategic approach, delivering continuous improvement, demonstrating a growth mindset
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive internal and external relationships
  • A proactive self-starter who’s excited by performance-driven growth and digital innovation
Benefits
  • 33 days holiday including bank holidays pro rata, growing with you during your time with us
  • 40% colleague discount
  • Access to a personal pension scheme
  • Fun event days to fundraise for our charity partners
  • Annual paid-for charity volunteer day
  • Cycle2Work scheme
  • Discounted gym membership
  • Employee Support Programme, for overall wellbeing for you and your family, including financial and mortgage advice
  • Access to a range of high street discounts
  • An inclusive and creative working environment, so you can truly be you and enjoy your time at work
  • Long service awards and gifts
