A regional NHS trust in England is seeking a skilled dietitian to join a dedicated team in a full-time position. This role involves managing complex gastroenterology cases and leading outpatient clinics while providing training to junior staff. The successful candidate will have a strong background in gastroenterology and the opportunity to participate in service development and quality improvement initiatives. We have an excellent opportunity for a dietitian to join our friendly team of 19 dietitians and assistants working within the acute hospital setting. The Advanced Clinical Lead Dietitian for Gastroenterology works as part of the gastro dietetic team consisting of a full‑time band 6 dietitian and part‑time band 7. The team provides the service to the inpatient gastro ward with strong links to the wider MDT and also provides the service to specialist gastroenterology outpatient clinics. As the lead you will be involved in service development, have opportunities to be involved in quality improvement initiatives and research and exhibit strong team working skills.
