Job description
Band 6 Dietitian – Specialist Adult Eating Disorder Service

North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare are looking to recruit a Band 6 Dietitian to work in the Specialist Adult Eating Disorder Service.

37.5 hours per week – full time.

Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist dietetic assessment of patients with diverse clinical presentation and pathology to determine a clinical diagnosis and provide treatment via therapeutic interventions as indicated and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Work as an autonomous practitioner to perform a specialist dietetic assessment of patients with diverse presentations.
  • Use clinical reasoning to provide a diagnosis and develop, deliver and adapt individualised dietetic treatment programmes.
  • Be responsible for organising and planning own and junior member of staff's caseloads and to meet service and patient priorities, readjusting plans as situations or changes arise and to provide specialist dietetic reports as requested.
