Job summary

A leading biopharmaceutical company is seeking a field-based Diabetes Nurse Educator to deliver training to healthcare professionals and patients across Scotland. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with experience in diabetes management and a strong background in training delivery. This role is contract-based for 12 months, offering a daily salary up to £185 PAYE or £230 Umbrella. Must hold a full UK driving licence and have entitlement to work in the UK.

Job description

CK Group are recruiting for a Diabetes Nurse Educator to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months working field-based across Scotland.

Salary

Daily up to £185 PAYE or £230 Umbrella (inside IR35)

Role

• Deliver engaging & effective training to healthcare professionals & patients
• Train patients & caregivers on use of a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system to enable effective diabetes management
• Provide expert technical guidance & support on use and management of continuous glucose monitoring
• Build strong relationships with patients & key stakeholders
• Maintain accurate training records & documentation in the CRM system

Your Background

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) with previous experience as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse (DSN)
• Experience in delivering training to both healthcare professionals & patients in group and individual settings
• Strong understanding of diabetes management, including medication, monitoring, and lifestyle interventions
• Familiarity with NHS structures&d processes in both primary and secondary care
• Must have full UK driving licence and own vehicle
