Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx, applications from non-qualified candidates with fee earning experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Managing the site set-up of new development sites.
• Preparing road, sewer, infrastructure, and service agreements.
• Drafting contracts and transfers for plot sales.
• Responding to enquiries from buyers’ legal representatives.
• Handling exchange and completion of sales.
• Completing SDLT returns and registrations.
• Supervising junior team members.
• Managing all other legal matters related to development sites.
