Development Manager – SaaS / Cloud / AWS

Location: Reading (on-site)

Salary : £70,000 – £90,000 (inclusive of bonus)

A high-growth technology company delivering cloud-based CRM and business applications is hiring a Platform Engineering Manager to lead and expand its platform operations team.

You’ll take ownership of core engineering functions including DevOps, QA, and platform maintenance, managing a growing team in a collaborative, hands‑on environment. The company is expanding rapidly, including a major new AWS‑based deployment for international markets.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and developing engineers across DevOps, QA, and platform delivery.
  • Overseeing production environments, uptime, and platform reliability.
  • Leading AWS adoption and best practice for new deployments.
