A leading law firm in Greater Lincolnshire is seeking a confident and proactive Development Lawyer to join their team. This role involves working closely with national house builders and developers, managing title investigations, and providing legal support throughout the development process. The ideal candidate will possess a legal qualification or relevant experience in commercial property, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Qualifications

  • Passion for and desire to work within Commercial Property focusing on Residential Development.
  • Knowledge of the house building sector and/or experience in commercial property or development work.
  • Understanding of Solicitors Account Rules and Money Laundering Regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing service to existing clients.
  • Work with partners to develop new business.
  • Maintain accurate daily records of time spent on work.
  • Produce fee income in line with targets.
