• Experience in residential development or housebuilding required.
• Understanding of UK planning and regulatory frameworks essential.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of residential developments from feasibility to construction.
• Manage highway and drainage approvals and coordinate with local authorities.
• Prepare and manage engineering budgets and provide viability input.
