Job description

We’re hiring a Developer to help build the future of our recruitment platform

We are continuing to invest in the technology that underpins Pertemps, and we are looking for a Developer to join the team in Meriden. This is a hands‑on role focused on building out our enterprise‑grade Recruitment CRM / ATS built on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and Azure.

This role will suit someone who has a good foundation in software development and has spent some time working with Power Apps, Power Automate or Dataverse. You do not need to be a senior Dynamics specialist. What matters is clean engineering, problem solving, and a willingness to learn.

You’ll work on real operational challenges and help us bring modern automation and intelligence into recruitment, using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Azure AI Foundry. It is a great place to grow your skills and contribute to a long‑term technical roadmap.

What you’ll be doing
  • Building and improving Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations.
  • Developing Azure Functions, Logic Apps and REST API integrations.
  • Writing clean, secure C#, JavaScript or TypeScript code.
  • Contributing to PCF components using React and Fluent UI.
  • Working with analysts, testers and support as part of an agile delivery rhythm.
  • Using Azure DevOps for source control, pipelines and ALM.
  • Helping us shape a modern, scalable recruitment platform used across the UK.
What we’re looking for
  • Solid engineering fundamentals.
  • Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate.
  • A good understanding of Azure services and cloud integrations.
  • Practical experience with C#, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Comfort working with APIs, JSON and modern integration patterns.
  • Curiosity, problem solving and the confidence to work at pace.

You do not need every skill listed. If you are a strong developer with Power Platform exposure and you want to grow, we are happy to invest in you.

Nice to have (but not required)
  • PCF experience using React and Fluent UI.
  • Power Platform ALM and solution‑based deployments.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or Dataverse data modelling.
  • Exposure to Azure AI or ML workloads.
  • Experience with Power BI.
What you can expect

You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team working on a high‑impact platform. You’ll gain exposure to the full Power Platform and Azure stack, modern integration patterns, and practical AI. We will support your certifications, your development, and your progression.

This is a full‑time, office‑based role in Meriden (CV7). Easy links to Coventry, Birmingham, Solihull and Nuneaton.

If you want to be part of a team that is modernising recruitment technology in a meaningful, practical way, this is a great place to do it.
