You will work in an agile team, taking ownership of technical decisions while ensuring quality standards are met. In summary, the post holder is responsible for developing secure, scalable, and innovative front‑end solutions using modern frameworks such as VueJs, ensuring alignment with the Trust's Digital Clinical Strategy. Operating within an agile, cross‑functional team, the post holder will take ownership of technical decisions, proactively drive best practices, and champion continuous improvement in software engineering standards, tools, and processes.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering highly complex and strategic solutions, providing technical leadership and guidance to colleagues, and influencing architectural decisions.
The role requires autonomy in ensuring service delivery, quality standards, and performance targets are met, while contributing to the estimation, planning, and prioritisation of work packages that support organisational objectives.

The post holder must demonstrate expert‑level knowledge of front‑end development, including VueJS architecture and the wider software development lifecycle, underpinned by theory and professional experience.
