Job Purpose

Seeking a Sitecore Developer to join our new Product Experience (PX) Practice, reporting to the Digital Technical Lead. The role ensures that our digital products deliver intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences across platforms—primarily Sitecore, JSS, SXA and React/NextJS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert UX designs into UI components, workflows, and user interfaces across all digital platforms in JS React/NextJS and Sitecore.
  • Build component libraries in Sitecore JSS, SXA and React/NextJS.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and business analysts to ensure user‑centred design is built across all initiatives.
  • Build components following best practices and high standards with efficiency.
  • Create reusable and shared component libraries usable by multiple projects.
  • Engage with other developers and teams to advocate for user‑centric solutions and enhance designs.
  • Work with platforms such as Sitecore XMC.
  • Contribute to the evolution and adoption of UX standards, guidelines, and toolkits.
  • Lead POCs, ideation sessions, and design sprints for product teams.
Performance Objectives
  • Build front‑end and enhance overall UI/UX.
  • Contribute to the evolution and adoption of UX standards, guidelines, and toolkits.
  • Upskill colleagues in React and Sitecore.
Skills and Experience Specification
Essential
  • Proven experience in Sitecore development within a large and matrixed organization.
  • Hands‑on experience with Sitecore development, JS React/NextJS and SXA component libraries.
  • Experience managing Sitecore XPC (Managed Cloud Offering).
  • Front‑end development and deployment pipeline knowledge (Gulp, NPM, Bower, Webpack, etc.).
  • Hands‑on GitHub operational knowledge.
  • Solid experience building applications from scratch.
  • Previous experience working with development teams and following brand guidelines.
  • Strong experience across the full development lifecycle from wireframes to high‑fidelity prototypes.
  • Ability to upgrade and learn new technology.
  • Deep understanding of user‑centred design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
Desirable
  • Experience with Sitecore SXA, Pega, and Guidewire Digital platforms.
