• Strong people management experience in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Experience managing transport operations and customer delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day despatch and chilled storage operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop despatch teams to meet demand.
• Manage daily transport planning and execution with hauliers.
• Ensure all orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor service level performance and rectify issues.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety & Quality Management Systems.
