A leading global travel management company is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide support and maintenance within their desktop computing environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in technology or business, along with experience in hardware and software troubleshooting in a Windows/Citrix setup. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, maintaining equipment, and delivering excellent customer service. This role is essential for ensuring optimal workstation performance and supporting virtual teams across multiple locations.
TheDesktop Support Technicianwill provide support and maintenance within CWT's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, laptop, thin clients, printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance. This role will also troubleshoot problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required in the areas of user/systems requirements and analysis, computer systems support, application and network troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance.
