Responsibilities

• Provide IT operational support across the business for all IT services.
• Co-ordinate the build, configuration and deployment of client hardware, profiles and applications.
• Maintain stock levels, asset management, licensing compliance, and related documentation.
• Balance priorities quickly and manage customer expectations.
• Deliver technical solutions throughout all stages of the ITIL service lifecycle.
• Exceed customer expectations and support fellow Service Desk team members.
• Ensure all tasks adhere to defined processes and best practices.
• Develop successful relationships within the team and with 3rd parties.
