You will support customers who have experienced home damage, ensuring resolutions are handled smoothly. Youll be helping customers whove experienced damage to their homes from things like water leaks, fire, or storms. Youll join a team of around 30 specialists who manage claims virtually, up to £10,000. From start to finish, youll own each claim keeping things moving, supporting customers, and making sure everythings resolved smoothly. Youll also work closely with our field teams and suppliers to get the job done right.
