Do you have exceptional organisational skills, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for client service?

A leading, long-established Wealth Management firm in the City is looking for a Desk Administrator / Client Services Administrator to provide first-class support to their Investment Managers and private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in wealth management within a professional, client-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Coordinating the new client account opening process and drafting professional client correspondence and reports
  • Preparing and formatting documents for Investment Manager review and sign-off
  • Proofreading and checking documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintaining accurate records across internal CRM and filing systems
  • Assisting with payments, receipts, transfers, and related forms for approval
  • Handling administrative and client queries efficiently and professionally
  • Supporting client meetings, including preparation of documentation and follow-up
  • Developing strong working relationships with both clients and internal teams
About You
  • Experienced: Minimum 2 years in financial services client administration (wealth or fund management preferred)
  • Skilled: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), highly organised, analytical, and numerate
  • Tech-savvy: Strong Microsoft Office skills and comfortable with CRM systems
  • Client-focused: Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Knowledgeable: Demonstrable interest in City markets, private client fund management, and a solid understanding of the UK regulatory framework
