A primary school in England is seeking a Designated Safeguarding & Behaviour Lead to oversee child protection and promote pupil wellbeing. The role requires significant experience with children in safeguarding roles and DSL Level 3 training. Responsibilities include guiding staff, maintaining records, and collaborating with families. The position is fixed-term with a pay range of £28,864–30,766 based on PS7 grading.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Designated Safeguarding & Behaviour Lead (DSL) to join our team, taking a key role in ensuring the safety and welfare of our pupils. You will lead on all aspects of safeguarding and child protection, ensuring that policies are effectively implemented and staff are trained and confident in their responsibilities, in collaboration with families and external agencies.
