Senior Design Manager – New Build Residential

This leading Tier 1 residential contractor has a new development project starting in Guildford, Surrey and they require a Design Manager to work alongside a Senior Design Manager on the project.

The project for this Design Manager opportunity is a large, long-term development consisting of houses, apartments and town houses in the centre of Guildford, Surrey.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside a Senior Design Manager on the project.
• Contribute to design management on a large, long-term residential development in Guildford, Surrey.

Qualifications

• You will come from either a construction or architectural trained background and will have worked on significant residential projects before.
• You will have shown a stable career history with time spent at recognised contractors or developers on similar projects.
