Overview

Design Manager - £22m Hospital project - Southampton - Freelance

This leading Tier 1 contractor has an immediate requirement for a Design Manager to join an existing site team on a live project in Southampton.

This is a long-term contract opportunity to work as Design Manager on a project that completes in summer 2026 and you will be required for the full duration. This role is deemed OUTSIDE of IR35.

Project details

The project is a £22m extension of a hospital which will include new theatres and wards. Experience as a Design Manager on healthcare projects and NEC form of contract is essential.

You will have also worked for other recognised Tier 1 main contractors and have knowledge of working within a busy, refurbishment and new build environment.
