Are you a Design Engineer (Solidworks) or similar looking for a unique opportunity in a brand new position in Product Research and Development offering full training and progression to climb the ladder in an award-winning Construction group?

This is more than just a CAD role - it's a genuine Research & Development opportunity in one of Europe's most profitable Building Product Manufacturers. You'll get to turn your own ideas into prototypes, test new concepts, and see them manufactured and used in major Construction Projects across the UK and Europe.

What You'll Do

• Work with SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create CAD designs for new products and modifications
• Support prototyping, testing, CFD analysis, and value engineering projects

• Collaborate with manufacturing, finance, and marketing to ensure commercial viability
• Contribute to innovation workshops and bring your own ideas to the table
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and patent documentation
